Within each of these sectors, DWS offer a multidisciplinary suite of consulting services including financial, licencing, governance, gaming, human resources, risk management, training, marketing, negotiation, venue and asset management.

The highly experienced marketing team at DWS Hospitality Specialists required more resources to help them roll out the expansion of their organisation. The company needed support to develop and maintain their existing digital content marketing strategy, while simultaneously requiring multi-faceted support to launch a new initiative into the market.
Their needs were threefold:
• Develop an effective digital launch campaign for the new initiative under development by the company.
• Devise a digital content marketing schedule and develop digital content for their existing website, blogs and social media, as well as the new initiative.
• Execute the launch plan and content development in line with deadlines.
Working closely with the marketing manager to maintain content deadlines for the DWS Hospitality Specialists website and industry magazines, we developed a content schedule of topics and ideas based around discussions with the marketing team. Once we gained approval for topics, our team drafted multiple pieces of content for approval and distribution through the organisations various marketing channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs, industry magazines, newsletter and EDMs.
Simultaneously, we provided background help to an external web design team to support the development of a new digital initiative. We created website copy for review and approval, uploaded to the site as required, assisted with the review and finalisation of the website structure to ensure that the consumer journey was user friendly, and provided testing and editing services to ensure the site was ready for pre-launch and then official launch activities.
Finally, we devised a launch campaign for the new initiative that included social media, blog development, direct marketing and graphic design support to ensure it was ready to be delivered as a fully formed brand across multiple platforms.
